Designed for heavy duty, high
volume ferrous recovery, the Deep Draw Drum is a permanent self-cleaning
separator.
It's rugged construction is ideal for separating ferrous metal from material
such as shredded cars, slag, crushed ore, and ash at mass burn plants. It's
tough, weatherproof design is built for operating outdoors or in any
severe-duty, dirty, or dusty environment.
This large and powerful
magnetic drum has a nonmagnetic outside shell that is driven around a fixed
magnet. Ferrous metal is magnetically drawn out of the material feed, held
against the revolving shell, and released when it reaches a discharge point
beyond the magnetic field.
When it comes to reclaiming nonferrous metal, one system's design separates
itself from the rest - the Dings Eddy Current Separator. It's built for years of

continuously around the magnet intercepting attracted metal and sweeping it off
the magnet. Severe Duty - Features include the superior holding power of
the standard overhead with a heavy-duty belt drive package, lagged drive pulley
and
replaceable wear plate that provides extra protection for the magnet impact

continuous welded stainless steel bottom plate, steel side plates and no moving
parts and you'll find this to be a maintenance free separator for your low

The Perma Pulley addresses tramp and contamination iron problems. It protects
crushers, grinders, pulverizers ,  screens
and other processing machinery. It automatically removes tramp iron before it
can cause damage. It also purifies products such as foods, chemicals and
plastics by automatically removing unwanted particles of iron. Perma-Pulleys are
also reclaiming iron in foundries and scrap yards and they're concentrating
magnetic ores in mining operations. Any belt conveyor handling bulk material in
