The hydraulically adjusted Hydrocone^® crushers manufactured by Sandvik Rock Processing are characterized by robust design and high performance. A combination with the Constant Liner Performance, CLP crushing chambers and high motor powers give these crushers very high capacity.

Hydrocone has a wide field of use since they easily can be matched to changes in production by the proper selection of crushing chamber and eccentric throw.

Hydrocone crushers are ideal for secondary and tertiary crushing and the compact and easy-to-service design makes them a perfect choice for mobile installations. Hydrocone crushers provide automatic overload protection and can be equipped with our automatic setting system ASRi™.

Being compact, easy to install and lightweight, REAL J11™ is ideal for incorporation into crawler or wheel mounted mobile units. Its simple, sturdy structure makes it well suited to quarrying and recycling applications.

When you buy a REAL J11 you can choose from a range of optional equipment
to suit your requirements.

• Alternative mounting points enable the crusher to be installed at different inclinations – to fit an existing chassis design

Merlin-VSI™

Merlin-VSI™ is a complete range of autogenous VSI crushers covering a capacity range extending to 600 tph nominally.

Sandvik Merlin-VSI™ is a third or fourth stage vertical shaft impact autogenous VSI crusher. It crushes by accelerating rock or other material through a revolutionary and patented Hurricane™ rotor.
