Standard Model 575 conveyors are available in 18" to 36" widths, and in lengths starting at 71' to 121' in 10' increments.

ANGLE OF INCLINE

Adjustable - 16^o, 18^o, 20^o or 22^o. Forward Support "pins" to Conveyor Truss in a series of Lugs corresponding to desired incline. Stockpile capacities and horsepowers are based on 18^o.

ASSEMBLY BOLTS

Acid cleaned and plated.

UNDERSTRUCTURE

Welded Structural Tubing Supports incorporate pin connections. Hand Winch folds Forward Support under Conveyor Truss for travel. A Crane (or similar machine) is required to change Model 575 from travel to operating position (and visa versa). A Tail Pivot Assembly provides for anchor to foundation, as well as radial operation Pins to Conveyor for the exclusive MARCO. "Quad Ram" Hydraulic Understructure is an available option for raising and lowering.

AXLE AND WHEELS

Telescoping "Box Section" Main Axle, with independent Bogie Axles and Tandem Wheels provide lower "load per Axle" ratings and excellent off-road tracking. Tandem Pneumatics (4 tires) offer safe 20 MPH rating.   Travel width - 10' - 5" (11" with optional Brakes).
Operating width - 15" - 0".

RETRACTABLE LANDING GEAR (OPTIONAL)

Provided at both ends for "parking" Conveyor without Tractor or extensive blocking.

KING PIN (OPTIONAL)

Heavy, plate-mounted with gradual approach angle for Fifth- Wheel protection. Permanent weldment - removal not required during operation.

FOLDING BARS

Provide convenient "line" attachment at Head and Tail for folding Model 575 with Crane.

*PULLEYS

MARCO Pulleys have machined faces to ensure concentricity with the bore, and are equipped with Taper-Lock or QD Bushings. Pulley faces are 4" wider than Belt.

DRIVE PULLEY LAGGING

All Drive Pulleys are lagged with 3 ply, Ruff Top Rubber Lagging, installed in multiple widths to insure conformity to crowned face. Slide Lagging or Vulcanized Lagging is available.

BELT TAKE-UP

Screw type, acid cleaned and plated, providing 21" adjustment.

IDLERS

MARCO Series M15-41/2' dia. pre-lubricated Ball Bearings, which require no further lubrication Troughing Idlers are spaced on 4'-0" centers with two extra at the loading point: Return Idlers are spaced on 10'-0" centers. 35^o Idlers are standard.

"Plow Type", equipped with Gum Rubber Flashing and mounted in front of Tail Pulley to prevent entrance of material between Return Belt and Pulley. The Wiper is integral with the Screw Take-Up, providing fixed relationship between Wiper and Pulley regardless of Take-Up setting. Not furnished with Self-Cleaning Pulley.

HEAD END BELT WIPER

Equipped with Double Rubber Squeegee and adjustable tension springs providing constant pressure on Belt surface. Mounts under Head Pulley for greatest efficiency.

LOADING HOPPER

Loading Hopper is 5' long and 8" in depth, and is equipped with adjustable Gum Rubber Flashing. Folds into outboard travel position - removal not required.


MOTOR SUPPORT

Integral with Reducer on Head End Drives. When Interrnediate Wrap Drive is used, Structural Motor Support is mounted within Conveyor Frame.

WALKWAY

Not available.

CONVEYOR DRIVE

Drive includes Shaft Mounted Helical Gear Speed Reducer (Gears are enclosed and running in oil), Driver and Driven Sheaves and Vee Belts. All Drive components are selected to adequately transmit horsepower. Drive is not removed for transporting.

BACKSTOP

A Backstop is provided. Mounts in the Reducer and runs in oil.

ELECTRIC MOTOR

1800 RPM, TEFC, Nema Design "C", Hi-Torque, 3 phase, 60 cycle.230-460 volt. Motor is not removed for transporting.

POWER PROPELLING DRIVE: (OPTIONAL)

Drive includes TEFC Motor (230-46OV), Electric Brake, Starting Torque Dampener, Gear Reducer, Chain Drive with Guard, and Forward-Reverse "Dead-Man" Push Button. Starter not included.

OSHA-MSHA GUARDS

Protective Pulley and Drive Guards. constructed of expanded metal, are included as standard.
