Rotary Airlock Feeders - Round

Rotary air locks are available with custom rotor types to suit your applicaitons and materials - powders, granules or smaller pellets.

Feeders sized for your application.

Rotors are "oversized" stock for long performance. Shaft drives are heavy duty to minimize deflection. Inlet throat is optimized for excellent product feeding.

Dilute phase conveying and metering material.

Any free-flowing powders, granules or smaller pellets.

Determined by your material and application.

Heavy duty flanges resist distortion.
 
Flange sizes: Square to 30" x 30"; Round to 14" dia.; Side entry to 22" x 22".
 
Rugged castings - Thick, rigid walls for severe service and extended life.
 
Efficiently designed inlet throat provides optimum flow.
 
Properly engineered drive packages for reliability.
 
Specify: CS (standard); 304SS, 316SS, Ni-hard. Air purge seals, beveled rotors, high temperature design. Other alloys and special surface coatings are available.
Requirements:
 
110 VAC, 50-60 Hz.
